Who are the Hydgroup?
A Brief History
H.F.S. Hydraulics was founded by Brian White as "Hydraulic and Farming Supplies" in 1979, and has since evolved into one of the largest hydraulic and engineering companies in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
In 1993, they underwent a rebrand, and were from that day on, known as "HFS Hydraulics". The group currently has two Hose and Fitting Departments.
HCA Hydraulics was founded in 1995 as a Repair Division of HFS Hydraulics. This organisation is extensively involved in repairing Materials Handling Machinery - looking more specifically at repairing Hydraulic Cylinders, Pumps and Motors.
Together these three companies are the Hydgroup.
Hydraulic Repairs Division
After selling Hose and Fittings for a couple of years, we conceptualized the idea to supply the industry with a one-stop Hydraulic and Pneumatic Repair and Manufacturing Workshop in 1995.
Our company has rapidly expanded, and we’ve upgraded our workshop facilities since our inception. We now boast a fully comprehensive and safe workshop and on site Consultation.

One of the areas we most often conduct repairs, is on Materials Handling Machinery, such as Cranes, Forklifts and Trucks.

Manufacture and Fabrication of Hydraulic Components
The efficiency of our CNC Machine allows us to manufacture Hydraulic Components such as Glands, Barrels, and Pistons. We offer this service exclusively to our clients that buy in bulk. We also Fabricate Power Packs to suit the specifications of your Hydraulic System.
